I immediately asked for replacement which came today. This one came in its own box sealed with cellophane. It lit up when plugged in wall and came with glue board.
I don’t know if first non working and second good one came from same vendor. But 2nd is great!
I would have given 5 stars based on good one, but subtracted one star because first one didn’t work at all!
